At Divine the Shakthi, we work with deep intention and soulful dedication to offer you transformative spiritual experiences, sacred journeys, and healing programs.

No Physical Product Returns:

Our offerings are mainly spiritual services — meditations, rituals, mantras, and guided journeys — which are non-tangible and non-returnable once delivered or accessed.

No Refunds for Digital/Healing Sessions:

Once you enroll in any online course, private session, or healing journey, we do not provide refunds. This is because the energy work, time, and resources are invested mindfully for your spiritual growth from the very moment you sign up.

Exceptional Cases:

In rare cases of double payment, technical errors, or accidental duplicate enrollments, please write to us at support@divinetheshakthi.com within 3 days, and we will resolve it within 7 working days.

Change of Dates:

If you cannot attend a live session or journey, you may request a reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability and Divine the Shakthi’s discretion.

Trust & Transparency:

We honour your trust. All energy exchanges are handled with honesty, compassion, and mutual respect for the sacred nature of this work.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2-3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 5-7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

If any case your refund is approved your amount will be credited within 5 to 7 business day to the original payment method.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
